I'm disappointed in my repair. The left fender molding is loose. It looks no body clips installed. My wife car came back dirty then it went. Jrs was a hometown autobody shop. Now it corporate where a name and number. You're an Erie direct repair You failed miserably. I've contacted my Erie agent. Yes, I'm mad and you should know it. .

I don't want to leave a survey until my wife vehicle is fully repaired. The Jrs has reached out me for my concerns. The conversation went well. My wife will take her Buick by next week. Therefore a low score . Until it's fixed properly. Regards Jeff Yost

Exterior work was great except one trim piece e was not replaced along fender . Also when the slide was moved back into the trailer no one looked inside to make sure nothing g was closed up in the slide. A portable vacuum cleaner was shut between the slides almost breaking the system.
