I had to return the vehicle to get redone and if it’s not satisfactory this time then I will be finding another body shop for the future.. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before

On my first appointment the wrong part was received so I had to pick vehicle back up and part was on back order. Was supposed to be notified when it came in but I wasn’t! I stopped by after waiting nearly 3 weeks and the part was in the back but no one had called me. I was told when the part came that they would fit me in the following day but that didn’t happen either! My appointment was set for over a week later. The receptionist honestly was the most understanding and considerate person in there…. She kept apologizing and listening to my concerns. And when I finally went to pick up my vehicle I had to ask for someone to walk out and look over it with me. Upon looking at it I found the paint was clumped up on one fender and chipped in other places! I had already turned in my rental car so I had to make appointment 2 weeks later… this was very inconvenient because I had to ask someone to pick me up and I will need a ride when it’s done.. Honestly I’ve never had this happen at JRS before and I’m really disappointed
