Wa stold that my car would ve ready in no more than 2-3 days. I didn’t hear from anyone on the third day so I called. They hadn’t even started on the painting. I rented a car. for three days and was without a car . Talked to management and they took care of it and things started to happen but they obviously had been sitting on my job even though I had an appointment. I won’t be returning.

I appreciate the work done on my car, but this process was made much more stressful for me because i could not get consistent updates for my car, and there was only one person who i could talk to to have any information, which i wasn’t able to talk to them 90% of the time and had to wait around for phone calls that were forgotten about on a couple occasions. It was in the shop for 2 months, date got changed many times with no end in sight. The interior of my car was also pretty dirty with grease. Also, my car sat around for so long that rust developed on my rotors and was not told that that could be the case and after i left I thought my breaks were failing, that was a pretty scary experience.

I had to call the shop multiple times. There were many of these times that no one would answer. The receptionist was nice, but there was only one person that could give any answers or updates and I was rarely able to speak to them or get consistent updates.

My car was left dirty inside- there was dried like clay on the seat that I had to scrub off for a while for it to come off. There is a smudge in the paint on part of the hatch.
