I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Kaizen and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am 2% satisfied with Carwise, telling me that my vehicle is ready when it is not, and that I have picked up my vehicle when I have not. I made plans to pick up my vehicle when I was told it was done, and was worried when I found out it was released when I did not have it. Carwise sucks, and I highly recommend that any service department find better software.

The team at Kaizen are professional and courteous. The Kaizen team called me every step of the way to update of progress and had my car back earlier than originally quoted. They did a fantastic job restoring the damage to my car and I received my car back in like new state. Definitely would recommend this professional team!

Your front of the house crew is awesome, I am very impressed with them. However something happened during the repair and there were several gouges in the paint near the work that was done, the staff was upfront with me about it by informing me before I came to pick it up and they promised to make it right on the 3d of March which makes me feel like they really care about the business and the customers!
