Your front of the house crew is awesome, I am very impressed with them. However something happened during the repair and there were several gouges in the paint near the work that was done, the staff was upfront with me about it by informing me before I came to pick it up and they promised to make it right on the 3d of March which makes me feel like they really care about the business and the customers!

We have done business with Kaizen for four repairs including a truck, two cars, and an RV. The repairs were top notch and they always work with the insurance company to get the best settlement. They also keep you appraised of how your repair is going. The final repair price has always been less than I espected.

I'm very happy with the outcome as my car was such a mess it looks great ! . I was able to bring my car in right away which i appreciated and Travis was great with explaining everything and keeping me updated ..you're receptionist Bailey was nice too ! Overall my experience was great

Travis and Bailee were professional and gave stellar service. They kept us informed. No wondering about anything. They will keep your business going. But please, get a sign that can be seen from the road. People need to know they’re there. So far, the quality of the work done seems good. Ask again in a couple months.
