Travis was wonderful. He was quick to assess the damage, order the needed parts and schedule the repair. I had my beloved Aegean Blue Honda Civic back looking good as new in no time. I love my car so much and didn’t want to be without it for long so really appreciate the prompt response by Kaizen Collision Ctr. In Camp Verde. Their repair cost was competitive and reasonable. Their drive through estimates were another factor in my decision to choose this establishment over others. Also whomever painted my new replaced bumper to match the original 2016 beautiful blue color is an artist-it might even look better than new. I think your company is very capable but very expensive and the customer service was just ok. The front desk person is very polite and pleasant but the staff wasn’t as attentive as I hoped they’d be. One visit, I waited at the front desk for several minutes before someone “noticed” me and helped me. (The front desk person happened not to be there that time)
