I very much appreciate the customer service at Kaizen. It has made it easier to accept that the former owners (Vince's Auto Body) sold to Kaizen. I love the small town vibe that we've experienced for the last 25 years and Kaizen has been able to maintain that feeling. Plus, they did a fast and efficient job at repairing my vehicle.
