Outstanding workmanship!! This is the fifth repair jobs we've had Vinces/ Kaizen do for us. An RV repair, a 1931 Model A Ford, 2 issues on a 2020 Ford Expedition, and recently a 2015 F 350 Ford. All have been top notch. Would highly recommend them for anything.

I would have to say, the work on the car was excellent, but when you say you will include something in the price, that would be questionable.

Kaizen did a very good job on my cat. The only thing that I was unhappy with was they charged me for taking the pinstriping off all around the car, as well as for taking the trim off the doors. This was to have been included in the agreed upon price.

I was very happy with the repair. I was suppose to get the pin striping and door straps taken off the car and the cost included in the price quoted me. You charged me extra for this. I am not happy with that.
