We are a full-time RV family that drives all over this amazing country! Most of the time it truly is awesome but a couple of weeks ago, when we were driving to Camp Verde we stopped overnight in New Mexico. We pulled into the campground, parked in the RV check-in lane behind a large toy hauler. I went inside the office to check-in while my wife and kids waited in the truck. While I was inside this lady hopped into her car and backed right up into my truck, damaging the front bumper and fender. While i still can't quite figure out how she didn't see our big rig she was relatively pleasant and had insurance. When we got to Camp Verde RV resort, we saw Vince's Autobody directly across the street from the campground. I drove over and met Waylon. He looked at my Ram 3500, walked me through the repair work they were going to do, and even helped me deal with the other ladies' insurance. We were only in the area for a short time. Waylon promptly scheduled our repair work and promised the work would be ready quickly so we could continue on our travels. Vince's Autobody was true to their word and they had my truck back to me in a week! Not only were they quick, but they also did phenomenal work. You can't even tell that's the truck was even in an accident! The service was exceptional and the staff were even better! While the reasons for visiting a body shop typically aren't fun, if you need work done I highly recommend VINCE'S AUTOBODY SHOP as they truly made a not so great experience into a positive one! I'm eager to give my experience a 10, however, my car is still not complete. I'm waiting patiently (for two weeks + now) for a call back to get my blind spot and cross-traffic monitor calibrated. They allowed me to pick up the car, since they had it for quite some time, and bring it back to have the calibration done.

The team was always courtesty and eager to help me, and there were a few times I felt bad because I got a little excitable over the time it was taking to get the car fixed. They went over and above make things right, which I appreciated.

It’s a great crew at Kaizen, friendly and professional. They did a great job on the repairs to my 2021 Chevrolet Malibu. They have done work for me before and always professional, work done in a timely manner and very satisfied with their work. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
