I would have given them a 10 but instead they got a 9 only because they missed the finish date by two days. Otherwise they did a good job.

Got our vehicle back and all tires with the exception of the driver front tire had over 50psi in them. Now we have a tpms sensor light flashing, I serviced all tires to proper inflation levels and the tpms service light is still flashing. Customer service was awesome.

The repair was wonderful and the staff was wonderful. When I got home I saw that they charged 3.5% for credit card. I was never told and saw no sign. They have a right to charge but the customer needs to know up front. On a car repair that is a lot of money. The only thing I was asked was do you want to pay with credit card. If I had been informed I would have written a check. Not happy at all. Bonnie
