The work was not properly finished, as it was missing some screws, clips, and other fasteners needed for correct installation of the replaced parts. I will be bringing the vehicle back for full completion.

They are very good at communicating and keeping us informed, that’s unusual these days! Then they did exactly what they said and gave our repair and a difficult paint job all that we expected! We will refer them and use them for sure!!

The entire process was very smooth! I appreciate all of the offers to make sure I had a ride to and from Enterprise in Cottonwood. My car looks amazing! As usual! The tech team and Shanon are fantastic! They went above and beyond to fix the damage and took time to address some previous damage. I am so grateful for the kindness I was shown!

They are the best! Perfect repair work, perfect customer care. They detailed the inside and even the trunk of my car. It was delivered bright, clean & shinier than ever. Above and beyond--someone came in special on a Saturday to pick me up at the car rental place. Monica & Misty and the staff are perfection itself! You're lucky if you can go there.
