first the lady’s at the front desk were amazing and professional, answered all my questions and assured that the car was going to be done on the set time, also helped with my renal, the car is awesome it looks like a brand new car and they did all the little extras and am very satisfied. great job to all your team, Robert

I recommended this place to my friends. Excellent customer service, I would like to give a special shoutout to the commerce city staff for being flexible and letting me pickup and pay despite it being after closing hours. I apologize for not remembering the staff names, but it was the employee who helped me Friday Dec 5th at 5pm mtn. I will not only return to this location for future repairs, but I will recommend Kaizen to my friends and family

Overall, my experience with Kaizen in Commerce City was really great and highly exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job with both the bumper and the hail repairs. When I picked the car up and my brother saw that they missed the window trims for the hail damage, Antonette apologized and ordered them right away. She also let me know when they arrived. I still have to get the car in for that, but I got pretty busy. I really had a good experience with Kaizen. I also really appreciate the time and effort Antonette gave to me and my car to make this as good of an experience as possible. I am very appreciative that they were not only able to repair the bumper in a reasonable time, but also able to fully fix the hail damage and replace a separate unrelated piece that I had asked about within a reasonable timeframe as well. They did great quality work and it only took two weeks total for both the hail and the bumper repairs, which is way better than I was expecting. It was nice to be able to get everything done all at one time without having to schedule multiple appointments or wait months and months to get my car back. I would recommend them for repairs.

Overall, I was really satisfied and impressed with not only the quality of the repair (new rear bumper and hail damage fix), but the time it took to fix everything as well. Both the bumper and hail damage were fixed from two different insurance claims and both repairs got done within 2 weeks. I was very impressed with how fast it got done, especially since there was quite a bit of hail damage. When I got the car back after 2 weeks, it looked the same as it did before the hail damage and the accident that took my bumper! I was so excited to see my car looking so new again! I believe the shop even cleaned the outside of the car because when I got it back it was way cleaner than when I dropped it off so that was a very nice touch that I wasn't expecting.

Antonette was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She answered all of my questions and was super nice and professional every time I talked to her, whether that was on the phone or in person. She really put me at ease by already having everything put together and ready to go for the supplement to be submitted to the insurance. Since I have never dealt with fixing hail damage before, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of how to deal with the insurance claim a year later and how long the repair would take. The whole repair took way less time than I expected. I expected to just get a quote by the end of the week for the hail, but instead she had called and said the car was done and about ready to pick up. I had given her the estimate from the pay-out State Farm had given to me a year ago, and the amount I had to pay matched that estimate. So I only had to pay what I was expecting to pay which was really nice. My insurance took care of the rest. I also want to give a shoutout to Antonette for allowing me to add in a few other repairs I wanted done in the meantime that weren't related to the original insurance claim. At first I was only scheduled to replace the bumper from the accident, but I had asked if I could repair the hail damage and fix a front piece of the car that was cracked as well while they had my car in the shop. Without any trouble, she said she could do all the requested repairs at the same time, without me having to schedule each one separately. I really appreciated this as it saved me a lot of time and effort to just get it all taken care of at once. Working with her was so reassuring and easy!
