Absolutely not, very unprofessional shop. And all bias aside too. I used this shop before and had a wonderful experience I was a returning customer.

Repair Quality

Very unhappy with the overall dynamic of how things unfolded. The location manager screwed me over. My vehicles were stolen, and during the process of the insurance repairing the vehicles they became suspicious and delayed my repairs. The shop grew frustrated asking me what was going on. As I explained the situation and how the claim was under investigation and on hold the shop asked me to take my vehicles to free up space while the claim was resolved I agreed. But then found out I was going to have to pay for the minor repairs they had “done” before I could take my vehicles. I went back and forth with the insurance company trying to come to a solution. That did not happen and I came to the conclusion it might be best to pay the shop fee and take my vehicles but I was not anticipating paying this balance as my insurance should have. Nonetheless I started putting money aside to take the vehicles which took me several weeks. During this time the vehicles accrued further storage fees at the shop eventually doubling the fees which then only made things harder in taking my vehicles. I called the shop a month later, and they communicated all of this to me. I told them I want to work with them in taking the vehicles and that I could pay for their work and parts on the vehicles but I honestly could not afford all the storage fees. So unless we could work on something I would not be able to take the vehicles. The locations manager said she could only discount half of the fees. I showed up a few days later to hopefully work something out in person showing them I am serious and genuine about my situation , nothing changed. During this time I looked at my vehicles and seen that my truck was disassembled still and the Subaru had been scratched on the body (by the shop) and the window still was not replaced as well. About two weeks later she reached out and said if I take the vehicles that same day she would charge me only for labor and parts and call it even, I immediately said yes and paid the fees over the phone with my card. It took a few days to get the vehicles out. The manager said they needed to charge the battery on the Subaru to move it out of the shop and then she’d give me a call when that was ready. Two days passed I heard nothing, I called a few times and could not contact her. The new week came around and I assumed the vehicles were good to go with the battery issue and having been out back together along with my window being installed in the Subaru. I was worried I might start being charged again and set up a tow truck to come get the vehicles. I attempted to talk to the manager once again but I could not reach her so I told the other clerk I’d be having the vehicles picked up, so for them to be ready with all the things they needed to do before pick up. The vehicles were picked up and when I arrived home I noticed the vehicles in the same condition from the last time I inspected them. Window was still broken, truck parts were disabled. This is absurd and so unprofessional. I honored everything on my end with the payment and getting the vehicles out of the shop. This is so wrong paying $2100 for repairs that weren’t done. Plus almost $400 for the tow. I went to the shop and asked why this was the case and the manager deflected completely, saying it was my fault for abandoning the vehicles: the batter being shot is my fault and my responsibility, dead battery is the reason they didn’t fix the window, I conducted insurance fraud etc.
