I am very happy with the service I received. The only thing I would have like to have seen done differently is when they found two other things broken on my car i would have liked them to call me before going any farther and asked me if I would like to get them fixed as well but now I would have to undo everything they did to get to them and it would be time consuming and pricey. Made more sence to fix when it was torn apart plus they would have made more money off me

Missed delivery times. Multiple rescheduled. Just like last time my car was sent there. Even was informed i would be called back and never was. Whole experience was negative for me.

Kaizen was great! Very responsive with their communications, and, unlike another shop I had tried first, were able to get us in quickly and finish the repairs quickly! They are very organized and the work looks great. I'd highly recommend them!

I really appreciate how personable, communicative and responsive they were throughout the entire process. I didn't hear anything from the insurance company or my adjuster. However, Kaizen repair shop was great about texting me updates and letting me know what was going on every step of the process. They were wonderful. The repairs look great, and they even took the time to detail the inside of my car. This is what makes them stand out to me. I've been to other repair shops that leave the inside of my car full of dust and they don't care how you pick it up. But not kaizen, they care about how they leave their work. I 100% will recommend Kaizen to anyone I know who needs auto body work. It was a really positive experience.

Kaizen did such an amazing job on my car. I really appreciate how communicative they were throughout the repair process. I never heard any updates from the insurance company. So I was pretty much in the dark, but kaizen made sure to give me updates each step along the way. I really appreciated that. The repairs were great and with life time warranty. They also take the time to detail the inside of your car. This was the first time I ever had a repair shop do this. It really shows they care about the work they do and not leaving a mess. I've had other shops leave my car completely fully of white dust. But not kaizen. I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repairs.
