My experience with Kaizen Council Bluffs went really well, Victor was the estimator and I feel like he was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things another shopped missed when getting quotes. They dealt with State Farm Insurance very good, all I had to do was submit my claim for the damages.

I was running late from another commitment because I did not expect my car to be ready so late in the afternoon. Shawn was very kind to stay after 5:30, as I needed to remove the car seats from the rental car, which took longer than I anticipated.

Work was good, communication could have been better. I was told it would take 2-3 days and and took 10. Every 2 days when I called, they kept saying 2-3 more days. If I had known it was going to be 10 upfront, I would have got a rental. Very happy with the actual work done so far!
