The cost of repair was higher than the quote; an insurance company wouldn't have had to pay the difference of the more expensive part. Also, when I got the vehicle back, not all the electrical components worked. I have used Kaizen in the past and had been completely satisfied with their work.

Our experience was fantastic. Shawn was incredibly helpful and kept us in the loop as our vehicle was being fixed. When we picked it up to my surprise, all of our windows were were cleaned and our car was vacuumed out! I will definitely use them again and tell my friends about the our amazing experience.
