At your location mice got up into my car hood insulation and destroyed it causing it to fall on engine and catch fire. That was bad but your rep. Jimmy is doing a great job of taking care of the problems. Good job overall. 👏

The people were SUPER sweet and friendly, but when we picked it up there was a lady in an office that was quite angry - something about ordering pizza. Not cool while there’s customers there!

I say this as they were rude about the rust on the truck in a text and the scuffs on the light still remain. Less but still there. Otherwise communication was spot on and they were done early. The work that was done looks very good. Just sad they left a few scuffs.
