First contact at Kaizen was Sandy. She’s a sweetheart and she polite and very welcoming. Then she turned me over to David, he is on top of his game he was knowledgeable and polite and took listened to every concern of mine. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair facility. They also got my truck fixed quick because I’m in San Diego for a death in the family and they made sure I wasn’t without for more than I needed to be. Plus Sandy and David listened to me rant about how the insurance was slacking. Thanks Kaizen for getting me up and running swiftly.

I thought everyone there at Kaizen Collision was professional and thoughtful. They gave me a ride home after I brought my car in, they texted me daily regarding the progress of the repair including costs and my car looks great.
