Everyone I interacted with was so kind, patient, respectful, and helpful. It sucked getting hit by another car, but it was a great experience working with the Kaizen team for repairs. We are extremely satisfied with the work and customer service from all the members at Kaizen Lemon Grove. Ivan and Alberto were very helpful and considerate throughout these whole process of having our car repaired. From the beginning they were courteous and thoroughly explained the process as well as always kept us informed of the progress with updates. Our claims involved 2 of our cars and the team worked really hard to get us one of vehicles very quick.
