Mike was incredible. I was extremely impressed with the kind of care and effort he had when it came to customer service. He truly went above and beyond between updating me every step of the process AND providing a top quality product. I really did trust him and never questioned his judgement. He carries the kind of passion and enthusiasm for his job that you just don’t see anymore. The small things make the biggest difference and he, and the shop as a whole, certainly understand this fact. Thank you all for everything! I am thrilled that I ended up coming to Kaizen.

The front bumper cover looks great, the workmanship was excellent. Mike kept me informed of the work being performed and the estimated completion time frame. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and explained every step of the repair procedure. If I ever have a need for any auto body work on this or any other vehicle, I will be bringing it to your facility for repair.

Everyone was professional and pleasant whenever we spoke to them. They were very considerate about sending text updates on the repairs and parts they were waiting on. We especially appreciated that Mike took time to share what was done and explained it all for me over the phone before we even went to pick it up. He took the time to meet us and asked us if we were satisfied with how the car turned out.The car is beautiful!
