I used Kaizen because it was recommended by my Chevrolet dealer and I'm very glad I did. They quickly addressed the repairs needed to make my new car new again. I appreciated the communication with DeMarco always keeping me informed on the progress and issues with my insurance company. They get to deal with that and not me. My car was delivered on time and looked like brand new; well, it is a 2026 after all! Hopefully I will never need them again BUT if I do I know my car will be repaired on time and look like new no matter how old it might be. They will be my repair shop from here on out!

When I first arrived I got treated like trash pretty much. Lady couldn’t find my record and kept acting like she didn’t know why i was there. Seemed like everyone had an attitude.
