This is my first time dealing with a collision repair and the ladies who were helping me schedule an appointment and examining my car and managing its repair were very good and knowledgeable of their job and made it easy to me to go through the process.

Everyone at Kaizen was absolutely amazing, I’m so thankful for Mickey for everything he’s done and really advocating for me when it came to issues with the insurance company I have. I am so thankful for him doing his absolute best to get my car fixed and out of the shop as fast as possible and also taking care of a recall on my car.
