It was a smooth and effortless experience. Kept me up to date on vehicle repairs and assisted with rental agency pickup for vehicle used during repair. The insurance covered costs that the shop worked closely with to ensure costs were fully covered. Adjuster was informative and front desk super.

I was very satisfied with Roxanne she kept me updated on absolutely everything that was happening with my vehicle. She would message me and call me to keep me updated and I truly appreciated her for this. I did not feel concerned or felt ignored at all because she was so awesome through the whole process.
