The Manager Byron, and his staff were absolutely AMAZING and very helpful. Everything went smooth. They communicated very well with me, keeping me updated about the progress of my vehicle, and they were also very accommodating. It was a great experience.

The repair only took about one week, which honestly surprised me in the best way. Communication was excellent the entire time — they kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening with my car. I even had the chance to meet the manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, patient, and welcoming. My car looks great, and I truly felt supported throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond, the aftermarket bumper did not work, they went up to Kearney Mesa Ford and got another one, that one didn’t work so they went back and got one that finally worked. They were on it quickly my car was in the shop for 20 days and very happy that I have my car and it’s beautiful.
