jessica and shannon were both super awesome. they kept me updated, answered all my questions, returned my phone calls. they totally helped me with my rental car - someone picked me up the day i dropped off my car and took me to the rental place, got my car and when my car was ready i just gave the rental car keys to jessica - she made everything super easy. and they even replaced my battery as it was dying and my new bumper looks great!! thanks guys - appreciate you all.
