Originally estimated about 2 weeks for the repair but only took about a week. Communication was quick and the staff were friendly. They were able to give me a ride to and from the rental location which is super helpful!

I’m really satisfied with my Tesla repair. The receptionist and Shannon kept me informed about my car throughout the process. Employees like them deserve a pay raise and should be highly considered for a supervisor position.
