Ivan and the team at kaizen did a really great job getting my Tacoma Trd Pro back to original status after a rear end collision took out the back left side of my truck. They also beat their estimated time it would take to get my truck back by a few weeks. Most importantly they did an amazing job I compared to the right side and everything lines up perfectly Thanks Ivan you made my experience not stressful at all

When you told me a rental car company will be there to pick me up I thought everything was set with them. It would have been nice to know that I had to work through Tesla to get the rental car set up. Otherwise, good job.
