Communication between Kaizen and myself was key. They made sure to communicate everything including the little details and what was going on with the car. I was never left in a position where I did not know what was going on. They even got done faster than anticipated which is a blessing since I had to use a rental until my car was done Will definitely be recommending to everyone that needs car repair done, even if they do not have a Tesla.

Shannon and the team were excellent. They have a standard for their repairs as well completion time and I can tell they take a lot of pride in meeting them. 100% will be bringing my Tesla back for all repairs.

Mr. May provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed on the status of repairs. Though beyond his control acquiring parts was a slow process, despite that Mr. May continued to first apologize, second provided update information, third when the part did arrive gave me a date for completion. The repairs were completed when promised and finally showed me the parts that were replaced upon pickup of my vehicle.
