The repair to the back of my car and the detailing afterwards looks great. After the detailing became dirtier slowly these past two weeks, it’s became evident that there are scratches on my rooftop that were not there previously and had been hidden by the detailing. It looks as though tools were on top of my car and moved around and it scratched my roof up. I will be taking photos and reporting it to Progressive within the next two days.

My experience with Kaizen of Lemon Grove was excellent and I would use them again, or recommend them based off my experience. Alfonso Oliva was the gentleman who was my point of contact at Kaizen. He was very friendly and professional through the whole process. He kept me updated while repairs were being handled. The vehicle was completed on the day they estimated it would be and the repairs look excellent.

My whole experience was wonderful. From when my car went in for repair until my car was turned over to me I was very happy with the service I received. I received weekly text updates and if I had any questions they responded right away. When I picked up my car they gave me a Tesla parking sign with the everyone’s signature. My car was perfect when I got in the drivers seat. It was spotless inside and out and the work looked amazing. Thank you Kaizen! I hope I won’t need you in the future but if I do I’ll come back to you!
