Everything was well for my Tesla m Y. They even cleaned a scratch I had in the back bumper that was irrelevant to the claim. Bring your business to them. They will my referral and recommendation from now on.

For reasons explained above - mounting of rear camera, extended time waiting for parts when they said they had them all, message given by management regarding insurance “covering” the rental even though it ended up costing us a significant amount of additional money

Appearance is good. The rear camera was mounted differently that original so the view on the screen is minimized (you can see the edge of the car rather than filling the whole screen with the picture). Planning to contact them to get it fixed but need to find a time that is convenient without a car.

Received mixed messages with whether they had the parts, when the car would be ready, etc. Management said it was “okay” since insurance covered the rental; however, insurance did not cover the whole rental and it ended up costing us $2000 for a rental for the duration of the time our car was in the shop. This was frustrating.
