The three people who helped me, Jessica, Ivan, and Andrew could not have been more courteous or helpful. Ivan, the owner, put me at ease the moment we met. Jessica kept me updated on the progress of the work, and Andrew walked me through the final inspection to be sure I was satisfied with the quality.

You didn't give me an estimate before doing the work. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! One person told me on Wednesday that once the parts arrived later this week, they will call me to discuss but somehow it was all done on Friday with a price that we never agreed upon. I have a hard time trusting that the amount I paid (right at the deductible limit) was fair.

Please review pictures because the damage on the back bumper was NOT there when we dropped the car off last Wed. 10/22/25. When I noted it as I picked up the car today, 11/04/25 I was told that it was there but upon confirming with my daughter it's not so. I also don't remember seeing it prior to the car drop off. I'm sorry but please kindly look into this.
