Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

The whole process was seamless. All employees were nothing less than premium service with me. My car was done 3 days early and they came and picked me up so I could get my car back before the weekend. I love the text communication with each stage my car was at. My car looked great when I got it. Washed and cleaned (even my mats!). Best service I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend them.

This Collision shop was from start to finish the best place I've ever been for any kind of car repair. The staff were so inviting and easy going and beyond accommodating. Even when making the initial appt and arranging rental pick up /drop off was effortless because of Martha Rodriguez(Office Manager). The Estimator Alex Manzo was so helpful in his suggestions on what to do and I was able to get so much more work done w my deductible which ended up with me saving a huge amount of money with his assistance. The shuttle driver to enterprise was very friendly as well. Thank you so much!

My 2004 Mazda Rx8 is lightning yellow, a unique color. Kaizen did a flawless color match on their flawless door and fender repair. I am the original owner of this classic car and look forward to keeping it in this beautiful condition for another 20 years.
