Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Yes, my experience from the time I called and walked in to drop off. Very pleasant and personable. That's an understatement of how great my car came out PERFECTION! I met the painter Christian, when I first arrived along with the manager Jerry both reassured me I was in great hands. They definitely held their end to the bargain, Jerry stayed in contact with me of all updates and Christian with the car, I told my husband I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you you guys made my experience stress free, it's truly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop, they won't disappoint.

I appreciate Kaizen’s service. My Honda Civic looked brand new after the work was completed. I appreciated the manager Jerry for taking good care of it. This body shop does good work, if your vehicle needs repairs or body paint etc. Kaizen is the great body shop to do the work.
