Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

There were white spots on hood, and was told I would get some touch up paint, but haven't gotten it yet. You're not the same great quality you used to be with new management. Work used to be perfect.

First and foremost, David was the one that assisted me. I returned my vehicle for a re-inspection due to some clear coat peeling off from the area they had worked on in the past. They did not hesitate to fix and repaint that entire area and addressed my concerns. On top of that, they even fix some minor scratches that I had ,that had nothing to do with their works in the past. My car looked as good as it did when I first drove off the dealership if not, better. I highly recommend this facility and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Fast, communicative, and honest. Thank you kaizen collusion center, you guys are amazing!

I am writing this review because as soon as I walked through the door Vanessa and Angel were very helpful and had a great attitude. Throughout the process with the insurance they had awesome communication from beginning to end. If I had a question and they knew the answer they would let me know and if not they would let me know they didn’t know the answer and would let me know as soon as they knew the answer(which it would only take them minutes to get back to me). They also finished fixing my car on the time frame they gave me. For this I am very grateful. Thank you so much guys!!
