Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Carly has done a GREAT job EXCELLENT customer service and cares a lot....Our car looks beautiful they did a 11 no a 12 that's how satisfied we are. you need to let Carly how great a job she does. so please have Management step up and show her how special she is to Hamlins. Like a Night-out all expenses with her Husband. And a break from the kids. This is about our 4th or 5th time using Hamblins with CARLEY and she has given us the best customer service no hand-shakes here..We hug and thats the personal and my wifes cube looks brand new the techs. did a great job.what else can i say their the best...they will have my vote from the press enterprise for top business.....p.s. the popcoen does'nt hurt either lol....fred and sandi shader.

I had a wonderful experience with your company. I have been here once before and that experience was also good. Carly was a pleasure to deal with and kept me posted the whole time through the process. It was also nice to receive the txt msgs. Since I sleep during the day.
