Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Went in there a stress mess and Jerry the manager made it such a calm and easy experience. Everything was explained throughly and questions were encouraged and answered. I left feeling like I left my car in a place I could trust and they delivered on their word and even helped me get a discount on a rental. I would get updates on the progress of the car during the time it was at the shop. Jerry and his team did an AMAZING job on my car literally looks better than before my accident. I will be recommending this business to All my family and friends.

The quality of the body work is amazing. I was rear ended and there was extensive damage. My car is a 2014 so I didn’t expect the paint to be an exact match because of fading on the other parts of car (and other collision places told me it was not possible when I had prior work done). When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that one couldn’t tell a difference in the paint. A couple of friends looked at the work done by Kaizen Riverside East and they said it was the best they had ever seen. I am very happy with their work. I also appreciated the daily status text messages letting me know hiw things were going. I was concerned about how long it would take because of limited rental car time but Jerry (General Manager) assured me it would be handled in a timely manner and it was much faster than I expected. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them 1000 - everything went great. I have passed the word to my friends to use them for collision work. -Diana
