Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

I was shocked when I was met with such great customer service from Ryan and the rest of the team. No other body shop in riverside/ the inland empire was this helpful, it seemed like every other shop was pushing me to the side or not listening to me and at kaizen east repair I was met with professionalism and I felt like I was the boss. I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs. Kaizen east will always have my business!!

Ryan provided exceptional service from start to finish. Since this was my first time experiencing an incident like this, I didn’t know what to expect. Ryan went above and beyond to explain my rights, what to anticipate from the insurance company, and how the repair process would work. He provided clear step-by-step updates, which not only kept me informed but also reduced my stress and helped avoid any delays in service. When it came to the rental car, he explained exactly how I would be protected under the insurance, and even let me know that the insurance company would provide a shuttle to and from the rental location. Because of Ryan’s knowledge, communication, and genuine care, I felt empowered, confident, and truly grateful throughout the entire process. His customer service turned what could have been a very overwhelming situation into a smooth and manageable experience.

Ryan Kissinger was very helpful in repairing my car. The insurance created numerous delays and he worked tirelessly to offset the delays which included working overtime and arriving early to work. He did an amazing job to restore it to pristine condition. Kudos to Ryan !
