Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Nope they don't keep u updated push dates back and only if u call do they work on ur car or show up

A lot of clean up on outside from repairs weren't done. date kept getting pushed back as soon as I called after going in am and told car would be done that day and have gone day before saw the link days kept getting pushed back I called and miracle car was actually going to be done on that day after the link had just changed to push back I saw on my car app they got into car as soon as I hung up and car was done on time it was not the next day like they had just changed after they had pushed date back a whole extra week

There is a problem but they are quick to resolve the problem. They have done in excellent job on repairing it and being prompt and fixing the problem. I would go nowhere else but to Kaizen. I definitely would tell others where to go to get their car fix

There are scuff marks on the top of the car and trunk as well as the front hood. There is also overspray on the inner driver panel. There’s also some green droplets of paint at the rocker of the car. And the color is significantly darker and doesn’t have a metallic sign like before.
