The repair was very good. The front office was really a let down. First visit I thought they were just going to look at my vehicle, but they expected me to leave. No information from the young lady. I didn’t know how long they would have it or about a rent a car nothing. So I had to reschedule to make other arrangements. Then when I took it the guy that helped me, I told him I first had to drop off my moving boxes off and he said know problem I will have the guys throw them away. That didn’t happen they were still in the truck. The when I picked up the truck I walked in and two front office guys one of them had his feet up on the desk and put them down when I walked in. I asked if someone could follow me home because I couldn’t drive two cars and one of them said they were too busy. I said I live 2 1/2. blocks from here and he said sorry. It would have taken 4minutes there and back

It has been a good experience working with Kaizen collision center. Sal has been helpful and the collision center has kept me updated throughout the whole repair process and I'm happy that my car was repaired very quickly and all done in the expected time.
