I brought in a 20 year old Toyota Rav4. After an accident I needed extensive work on my passenger side. These guys treated my old jalopy like it was a fine carriage. Paint matched perfectly and the unsightly dents disappeared. Very satisfied.

I was treated cheerfully by everyone I came into contact with. Sandy, at the front desk patiently made a phone call I should have made with zero judgment. She sat on hold and made friendly conversation while doing so. The artists in back were kind and efficient. I received regular updates that made me feel calm about the treatment of my precious Ole Bessie and I always knew what process she was going through currently. Very satisfied.

All repairs are completely done. My truck looks like new. It was ready very quickly, and detailed by professional cleaners. When I had work done at my dealership they didn't reset my tire ready out on my dash I was amazed that this was handled by kaizen . Great job.
