I really have nothing but appreciation and thankfulness for the high quality and professionalism exhibited during my several weeks of dealing with Kaizen repair shop. I am so thankful for the advice Mark and Doug gave me to keep my car and not let it go to salvage! And I could not be happier with the workmanship of Tony ! My car looks fantastic!! I used to pay online option when I got to the center. They were not aware that I had paid online. I suggest you find a way to notify the center when somebody pays online so they don’t look like they don’t know what’s going.on. Just a polite suggestion you should make it so it sends a notification to the center after the pay online feature.

I call them due to their location. I dropped off my SUV and was provided a ride home. I was given a 3 day estimate it took 4 but I was returned my vehicle before it mattered. Staff was professional and personable. They did great work and returned my ride cleaned up nicely with was unexpected by appreciate.
