My car arrived at the shop while driving. It was a simple repair, and it took over 30 days to complete. There were communication issues and Tom's attitude was bad. They ended up delivering the car to me with an alert on, which had been on since the accident, and I had to resolve that myself. I don't recommend them, nor would I use them again.

We went in for a small repair and when it cane time to make the repair, they found additional damage we had no idea we had. They were very transparent with images and the communication and the car was ready before they promised. Well taken care of and highly recommend.

It appears that Kallemeyn decided to charge me additional $500 with a nonsense explanation. I should not have paid it. I will not use Kallemeyn again.
