I've had previous body work on other vehicles & have always been satisfied with the quality of work. On this occasion, I was not going through my insurance but paying out of my pocket...the cost is painful but body work needed to be done on a "fender bender" type accident I caused myself hitting a high curb. I have been told, when going through insurance companies, that Kallemeyn is rather high priced. If so, one must weigh out the pros & cons of price vs quality. I also appreciate that it's a local business, close to home & staff is friendly. The part I don't see is behind the scenes. I've never had an issue with having to return my vehicle because of some fault. Hopefully that will be the same with this current repair. My car was completed in the timeline given, which actually was a bit of a deadline as I needed my vehicle back ASAP & was not planning a rental. I was told they were a bit slow at the moment so the parts were ordered & work began immediately. In other instances, I often felt they were slow to complete jobs although as customers, we don't always know the details that goes into body work. I appreciated the "rushed" completion.
