Rare Tesla cars repair center took me in almost immediately, as oppose the other AAA insurance approved shops. Tesla, itself, had me scheduled in a month out. Their reputation by my insurance made possible the repairs to be complete 3 days earlier and within requested budget, so, I did not need to worry about paying above my deductible. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Tom, of course, as well as Gus and AJ.

I would not recommend this shop as I hope no one else gets treated the way I was and has to go through this type of situation.

Extremely disappointed in taking my Tesla Model Y to this shop. I was highly recommended from someone that knows the owner personally. I brought my car in without damage to my bumper. The shop broke my bumper and forced me to pay for it in order to pick up my car (which was almost $3,000). Progressive (the insurance of the girl that hit my car in the first place) came and deemed that the bumper was in fact broken by the body shop. However, the owner of the shop did not honor this and cover the cost of the bumper. Instead he claims that they didn't break the bumper and made the customer (me) pay for it. They originally said they would have my car for 3 weeks, it was there for over 11 weeks. They did not wait for approval before replacing the bumper, nor did they call me and ask for my permission. The shop did not keep me properly informed on the situation; they did not contact me for many weeks at a time to let me know what was happening. Communication was a very big concern as well. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The customer service of Kallemeyn Collision was one of the worst experiences I have had. I heard from a different person at the shop anytime I was trying to call for information. I did not receive any calls on updates for my car until it was too late and they were going to make me pay for a bumper that they broke. The shop only called my number a few times. Otherwise it was always me calling them.

I’ve used other body shops before and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest From the estimate to the completion, outstanding! Craig and Gus the front guys Made me feel welcomed and comfortable! The timing and the workmanship are excellent! Just so you know I’m not the owner or a buddy I’m a first time customer!!They deserve a 20 plus

never - they argued with insurance for a month and a half while my car sat there. they never reached an agreement and then told me they would charge me a daily fee for storage that whole time and an estimate fee if I went somewhere else. I had no choice but for them to fix my car because of that . I had to still pay $500 out of pocket when I could have paid $0 elsewhere.

I am extremely happy with the level of service I received from Kallemeyn. Gus kept me completely informed during all steps of repair and follow ups with my insurance company. My GMC looks great and I know if I had gone to any of the places my insurance recommended, various repairs would have been overlooked or covered up. I would definitely refer friends and family to Kallemeyn for any work they need on their vehicles.
