If I could rate it lower than a zero. I would definitely give it below zero. That was the worst experience ever. I am not okay with the unconvinced caused nor their hospitality. They are a disservice to this community!

The service rep never presented on the day of drop off, googled what potential problems were wrong with my car. Called it old. Turned away my tow and the next business day had the entry blocked to where my tow had a difficult time to get the car without my presence.

My satisfaction is 8 out 10. Assembly of passenger side doors and hood was misaligned and hybrid emblem wasn't place back on the front. The alignment was fixed at pick up. I will return for the emblem. Recommend a shop quality control, just one last person to review repairs before customer pick up.

Very good on all aspects. Tips of saving time for customers if they ask: call insurance to get an equivalent car, go to or drive to the collision center, front desk will call rental car company to pick you up, get your rental car, go home waiting for estimate of cost and time of repair, pick up the car, drop the car directly at the collision center, done.

Travis was excellent to work with. All the services that you provide. Made my experience, actually joyful. Not that I enjoyed having damage in my vehicle, but now my vehicle is given back to me in a new condition. It looks even better than it did when I bought it. And it all has to do with the ownership and the leadership that Katy collision has They made getting the rental easy, dropping it off easy I couldn't ask for it to be any better I highly recommend anyone to visit Katy collision if they have any needs for car repairs All the people were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Had to take it back. Tailgate not fixed. Still have to take it back again to fix the the trunk lock. Nice folks and prompt, but my repairs were simple and not done completely.
