Katy Auto Collision is awesome! My life is incredibly busy, so when someone backed into my parked car, I thought it would be a major pain to organize the claim, repairs, and rental car. It was so much easier than i imagined because of Katy Auto Collision. The shop was on the insurance company's approved vendor list, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It only took a few minutes to look at my car and schedule the repairs. They ordered the parts to be there when I dropped off the car. They also guided me to the closest rental car company. Throughout the repairs, they kept me informed. My car was ready on time and the repairs were of the highest quality. I was able to leave the rental car with them, and they dealt with Enterprise to get it teturned. Katy Auto Collision pretty much took care of everything for me, which I appreciate more than I can say.

The employee mentioned my car was ready Friday and I wasn’t notified until Monday and that cost me over $150 in rental fees that were not covered on my insurance that I could have avoided and I don’t appreciate that.

Overall pretty good but the gas filler tube wasn’t connected to my truck, there was a leak in the front tire that wasn’t there when I brought it in and it ultimately blew out and damaged my rim 2 days later.

They worked with me, told me what to expect. I had my Truck covered in industrial paint overspray, and John and his Team went above and Beyond of what I was expecting and in a Super short time frame too! They told m all the possibilities of what might have to happen with removing the overspray, but they fixed it and made it Look Brand new again!!!! I appreciate their Time and Effort in fixing my Truck!
