I like the staff, the communication, the ease of renting a car and returning from Enterprise near Buccees. Most importantly they did a great job! (this is not a review for Enterprise, just that it is the location Katy auto repair has easy working relationship with). I will definitely recommend!

I have had 4 non-moving accidents fortunately all the fault of the other drivers, so I have experienced four different insurance provIders and collision repair shops in the last five years. I used a local Lexus Service shop, Ford Service shop, a Katy Independent shop and Katy Auto Collision. Katy Auto Collision exceeded all the other shops in communications, coordination with the insurance company, quick sourcing of OME parts, scheduling and completion time. This shop should be the model that other Collision shops should excel to achieve, they definitely under-promised and over-delivered. Great experience, John
