Everything looks great. The repair is perfect. The hood also looks good real good. I do need to figure out why the backup camera isn’t working and I also need to get a new battery, but that has nothing to do with the repair.

Great communication and customer service but absolutely awesome integrity. I would have never noticed a very minor issue Johnathan pointed out when I went to pick it up. He pointed out the issue and asked if it was OK for him to keep it another day to fix it. Very impressed with the interaction and total service.

i selected this facility based on good reviews and local/independently owned. I never received the call from technician or from Katy auto collision except the call to let me know when car is ready for pickup. Didn't provide any updates at all. i had to call each time and if Jonathan is not available, i didn't receive call back either and i had to call back at later time or day. i wasn't informed about what is being repaired, about tire changes and expectation to pay out of pocket
