I met Travis he was very professional and courteous. He called me after examining my rear bumper and explained what needed to be to be done and replaced. Katy Auto Collision completed the work earlier than promised originally. I give Katy Auto Collision 5 stars. Not only did you guys already give such an outrageous quote, you guys didn’t even repair my car right I had to come back for you to put it back correctly. And you broke my license plate frame. THAT I HAVE YET TO RECEIEVE. Overall the customer service just seems like you guys dont give a fuck?
