Katy Auto is fantastic! On my initial visit, I noticed that the front office seemed efficient and soon Jonathan R quickly gave me a cash estimate, which was the best of 3 estimates I'd gotten. I later decided to claim the damage on insurance (Katy Auto is a preferred shop for my insurance company) Travis L assisted on repair appointment day and made the drop off process very easy. The repairs were well done and finished before the estimated date. My car looks fantastic and my experience at Katy Auto was stress free. I'll happily recommend them to others.
